    I find this information related to Life Cycle Costing not only interesting but very valuable. I have been attempting for years to convince our Community to embrace the concept of cradle to grave budgeting, we have made some inroads but this exaple will be very helpful. Is there a report developed tyhat looks at these same type of costs in this Country, particularly South Florida? And maybe specific to Government Facilities?
